Delivery

At Evolution Wake Sports we want you to enjoy your purchases as soon as possible, which means we strive to dispatch your order within two working days of it being placed (subject to payment authorization and stock availability).

 

However we are a small operation and if there is going to be a delay for any reason, we’ll let you know as soon as we can.

 

  • If you order before 2pm, Monday to Friday and we have your items in stock, we'll aim despatch the same day for 3-5 days delivery.

  • If you order after 2pm, we'll still try to despatch that day but, if we can't, we'll despatch the following day.

  • Items ordered after 2pm Friday or over a weekend will be despatched Monday.

  • Items despatched on Friday are for delivery the following week.

  • Items ordered over a Bank Holiday will be despatched the next working day.

  • Regular or smaller orders will be £ OR next day UK delivery charged at £

  • Heavy or bulk items next day courier delivery charged at £10 

 

www.evolutionwakesports.com stock levels are constantly updated to maintain live stock levels but demand can sometimes be high and we occasionally run out of popular items.

 

Due to the constant rotation of our stock, some items may currently be on backorder and as such delivery can be delayed by up to 7 days. If this is the case, please feel free to call us for further information.

 

Our standard couriers are UPS and Royal Mail.

All orders are shipped for within 3 to 4 days delivery Monday – Friday (depending on stock) and require a signature on receipt. If no-one is home a delivery card will be left with details of the next delivery attempt and contact number of the local depot. All deliveries will be given a tracking number and delivery updates.

Upon delivery please check all items have not been damaged in transit before you sign for them. If any damage is visible, please ensure you sign as "Damaged" and you are with your rights to refuse and ask that they are returned to the sender. If you cannot thoroughly check the goods please sign for as ‘unchecked’.It is your duty to inspect and confirm that the goods are in good condition before signing. If the goods are damaged and not signed for as such, Surface 2 Air Sports cannot accept any liability and the item will not be replaced or reimbursed.
